Description

Marketing of any property, including the placement of signs, is restricted until the commencement date of the Listing Agreement. However, a “Coming Soon” sign is allowed under these circumstances:

• The information presented on the sign must be true and factual.
• Per CREA’s REALTOR(r) Cooperation Policy, properties must be listed on an MLS(r) System within three days of any public advertising. As CREA includes Coming Soon signs in its definition of public advertising, Coming Soon signs are permitted for only three days
