Description

Marketing of any property, including the placement of signs, is restricted until the commencement date of the Listing Agreement. However, a “Coming Soon” sign is allowed under these circumstances:

• The information presented on the sign must be true and factual.
• Per CREA’s REALTOR® Cooperation Policy, properties must be listed on an MLS® System within three days of any public advertising. As CREA includes Coming Soon signs in its definition of public advertising, Coming Soon signs are permitted for only three days
